Your unique jewels for joy pieces are delicate designs that require special care. We recommend the following tips to take care of your treasures:
If it's silver, it will likely tarnish over time. However, the more you wear your silver jewellery, the less care it will need.
If it's gold-plated, you need to avoid contact with liquids, perfume, and lotions for longevity. We use micron plating for a longer-lasting result, and we can assist you in re-plating your jewelry over time.
If it's gold, it is even more delicate. Gold might scratch if not worn with attention.
Our team is always happy to help you take care of your jewellery. We treasure the long and slow process of jewellery making and owning. Please feel free to contact us when your jewels need extra care.
Each jewels for joy piece is handcrafted from beginning to end. All the designs are initially molded from wax by Betina, founder/head designer of our brand.
Then, these wax molds are cast into metal at the grand bazaar of Istanbul. All jewellery is finalized by expert stone setters or enamel craftsmen and carefully polished or plated one by one in Istanbul. Therefore, each piece may differ slightly from the images on the website.
All the stones used in production are natural, so the colors and shades may vary slightly due to the nature of the stones.

We offer a 2-year warranty that covers each piece of jewellery. In the event that your jewellery experiences breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge as long as it is returned within two years of the date of purchase.
Shipping in Turkey is free of charge.
All jewellery is hand-made to order. Once your order is confirmed, the design will be carefully crafted in 14 days.
Domestic orders usually arrive in 2-4 business days.
International shipments might take 3-5 business days.
