If its silver, it will likely tarnish over time, the more you wear your silver jewellery the less care it will need.
If it’s gold-plated, you need to avoid contact with liquids, perfume, lotions for longevity. We use micron plating for a longer lasting result, and we can assist you in re-plating your jewelery in time.
If it’s gold, it is more delicate. Gold might scratch if not worn with attention.

You can get in contact with us when your jewels need some extra care.Each jewels for joy piece is hand-crafted from begining to end. All the designs are initially moulded from wax by Betina. Then these wax moulds are casted to metal in the grand bazaar of İstanbul. All jewelery is finalized by expert stone setters / enamel craftsman and carefully polished or plated in İstanbul one by one. Therefore each piece might slighty differ from the images on the website. All the Stones used in production are natural stones so the colors and shades might vary slightly due to the nature of the Stones. We offer a 2-year warranty that covers each piece of jewellery. In the event that your jewellery experiences breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge as long as it is returned within two years of the date of purchase.
Shipping in Turkey is free of charge
All jewellery is hand-made to order. Once your order is confirmed, the design will be carefully crafted in 14 days.
Domestic orders usually arrive in 2-4 business days.
International shipments might take 3-5 business days.
